•	Rates quoted for Weekdays are meant for checking in on Sundays through Thursdays.
•	Rates for weekend are meant for checking in on Fridays & Saturdays and during Malaysian School Holidays dates as shown below.
•	Rates for Peak period are meant for Peak Period dates as shown below.
•	We do not supply extra bed but we supply extra mattress at RM20.00 nett per mattress per night without breakfast and during Weekend & Peak Period extra mattress are chargeable RM30.00 nett per mattress per night without breakfast.
•	Group rates and long terms rates are available upon request.
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon.
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
•	We accept most major credit card including Visa and Mastercard only.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Low Period
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Peak Period
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 15 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Extra Mattress

Weekday: The Extra Mattress is chargeable at RM20.00 nett per mattress per night
Weekend & Peak Period : The Extra Mattress is chargeable at RM30.00 nett per mattress per night
